Spacious and comfortable lounge
The lounge has comfortable sofa's for relaxing. There is a television with UK Sky Channels and DVD/CD.
The longe is airconditioned. There is also a large colonial style fan in the vaulted beamed ceiling for those who prefer traditional cooling methods.

 

Fully Equiped kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer , oven & ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Everything you need for a relaxing time at home when self catering.


 

Marble Ensuite
The ensuite bathroom in marble with shower/bath is ideal for a good muscle relaxing soak after a hard days sports.
An ample supply of soft white towels is provided for your comfort and replaced freshly each week.

There is a second bathroom with walk in shower, marble topped vanity unit and additional toilet located next to the second bedroom.

 

Large Bedroom
Both of the bedrooms are designed with built in wardrobes and lots of space for maximum comfort during your stay.
The en suite master bedroom has twin beds/double
The second bedroom has twin beds with an additional single folding bed if required. There are ceiling fans and individual airconditiong units in each room for your comfort.
 
 
 
 

Parking outside and easy access
Access is easy to the Villa and the main living area, kitchen dining and terraces are all located on the ground floor.

The bedrooms are downstairs and accessed by a short filght of steps.

Upstairs via the turret is the private roof terrace.

  Sunny Outside spaces
Directly accessed from the lounge is a very pleasant balcony with seating for 4/6 and BBQ to enjoy year round 'Al Fresco' dining.
The sun is on the balcony during the morning, ideal for breakfast and lunch. There is an additional roof terrace with sunloungers for private sunbathing. 		 

Comfortable indoor dining
The interior dining area is ideal for a quick breakfast or a lunch out of the sun. Very convenient for a relaxed meal at home after a long days sport or relaxing around the pool.

 

Communal Pool
The community pool has a restaurant and bar for your enjoyment. Exclusive for the use of Los Molinos residents the pool has a separate childrens section, ample sunbeds and a grotto to sit and cool of from the heat of the sun.The pool is ideal to just chill or take a break from all the sporting activities La Manga Club has to offer.
