Access is easy to this first floor apartment. There are only 7 steps up from the palm fringed walkway.
Access to the pool is by the safe pedestrian only walkway.		   Sunny Outside spaces
Directly accessed from the lounge is a very pleasant terrace with seating for 4 and BBQ to enjoy year round 'Al Fresco' dining.
A second smaller balcony is accessed via the master bedroom.
