Well appointed bathroom with marble top vanity unit and shower/bath which is ideal for children or a good muscle relaxing soak after a hard days sports.		  

Large Bedroom

Ground floor easy access
Access is easy to this ground floor apartment. There are only a few steps down from the palm fringed walkway.
Access to the pool is by the safe pedestrian only walkway.		   Sunny Outside spaces
Directly accessed from the lounge is a very pleasant 22m2 walled garden with seating for 4 and BBQ to enjoy year round 'Al Fresco' dining.
The sun is on the terrace area most of the day, ideal for breakfast as well as giving a wonderful ambience at sunset.

Bellaluz Pool and Restaurant
Bellaluz full size swimming pool within a very short stroll of the apartment exclusively for the use of guests. In addition to the main pool there is a smaller separate children's pool and also a sun screened play area with soft flooring. The pool and play area are fully gated.
